myEWB
myEWB is EWB’s online discussion board and information centre for members. On myEWB, you can create and renew your membership, join discussions through the discussion board, join mailing lists, see who your Chapter Exec is and how to contact them, and check the events calendars for the different chapters. myEWB is also used to register for the National Conference and apply for overseas volunteer positions. So we can keep you up-to-date on what’s happening, it’s important to keep your myEWB member profile up-to-date!
1. Input / Update your profile> Sign into to myewb.ca
> Select the green Profile tab along the top
> Select what you need to in the Actions box at the left.
2. File Sharing
> Sign into to myewb.ca
> Select the orange Mailing Lists tab along the top
> Select the File Sharing tab option under Mailing Lists
> Select the appropriate list in which you want to store a file
> View or add files
3. Send emails / messages to mailing lists
> Sign into to myewb.ca
> Select the orange Mailing Lists tab along the top
> Select the list to which you want to send a message
> Select what you need to in the Actions box at the left (send email, create post etc.)
4. Add or Remove members to / from a mailing list
> Sign into to myewb.ca
> Select the orange Mailing Lists tab along the top
> Select the list to which you want to add the new member email
> Select “manage list members” from the Action box at the left
> Type in the email address or multiple email addresses and select an action from the list below
